     National Archives and Records Administration  The National Archives offers NAIL (National Archives Information Locator) This is an experimental system allowing the user to view some of the nation's famous historic documents.

     Library of Congress  The U.S. Library of Congress in Washington D.C.  has digitized thousands of pages of historical material. This project is called the American Memory Project.

     Hayes Presidential Center  Located in Fremont, Ohio, this museum and library contains historical records of the presidency of Rutherford B. Hayes and the Gilded Age.

     The Ohio Historical Society Located in Columbus, Ohio, it contains  a wealth of genealogical and historical information. Site also has searchable database of Ohio Death Records from 1913 to 1937.

      Center For Archival Collections   Located on the fifth floor of the Jerome Library, on the campus of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. It is the repository for much genealogical and historical material relating to the 19 counties of northwestern Ohio.
